To Make Your Selections
Press the gray button beside each candidate or issue of your choice.
This turns on the light next to the button.
If you change your mind, press the button again to cancel your selection.
You may may choose as many candidates as you're elegible to select
for each office, but no more.
If the ballot is more than one page, press the green Advance Ballot
bar at the bottom of the panel. If there are more pages, the light will
stay on. You must view all pages of your ballot before the machine will
allow you to complete the voting process.
To review your ballot, press the blue Review Ballot bar.
To Cast Your Vote
Once your selections are final, press the red Cast Vote button to record
your vote. This button completes the voting process, and you may press
it only once. Make sure you have made all your selections before you
press the red Cast Vote button.
To Cast A Write-In Vote With MicroVote
If a write-in option is available, you may press the gray write-in
selection button. The light next to it will start blinking. You may
change your mind by pressing the same write0in button again to turn out
the light, and then vote as usual.
If you select to write-in a candidate, press the Write-in Window bar
on the lower left panel where the lights are blinking. The window will
open and the lights will go out.
Write in the name you want on the paper tape in the window.
The window will close when all selections have been made and you push
the red Cast Vote button.
