MicroVote can provide MEMS or EMS training when required. Contact Bill Haas to schedule training sessions. A typical session consists of two days of training. This training can be done at your location or ours. If you would like us to come to your location for training there will be an additional cost for expenses. Be sure to schedule training well in advance.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ON MV464 VOTING MACHINES:

We offer a preventative maintenance (PM) program where our technicians inspect, clean, adjust, repair, and test each machine. The number of technicians required depends on your location and the number of machines you have. Parts are not included in the maintenance program. You will be billed for those separately. Each program carries a One Election Warranty. Please contact Pat Yaggi with any questions or to get your PM program scheduled.

EQUIPMENT CHECK:

MicroVote is offering preventive maintenance for all CI-4800 Cartridge Readers, IBI Ballot Printers, and Absentee Card Readers. This thorough maintenance program will include the following:

• CI-4800 - Cleaning & Inspection.
• Chatsworth Absentee Card Reader - Cleaning & Inspection.
• Laser Ballot Printer - Cleaning & Inspection (Printers require special shipping instructions or will need to be transported by MV personnel. Please call us before shipping a printer.)

DATABASE PREPARATION:

We offer election database creation and preparation services. This typically includes printing machine ballots and sample ballots, programing voting machines and other tasks.
